Browser diagnostics

BrowserScan

See the browser signals your environment exposes.

BrowserScan provides browser fingerprint reports and network diagnostics, helping you inspect browser identity, proxy configuration and signals that can reveal an automated environment.

01

What is BrowserScan?

Its main report brings together browser, hardware and network observations, including Canvas, WebGL and Audio signals. Dedicated tools provide a closer look at individual checks.

Use the results to investigate configuration differences. A diagnostic score does not guarantee anonymity or predict how another website will assess the same browser.

Key features

  • Fingerprint inspection

Review Canvas rendering and browser-exposed hardware signals, including WebGL and Audio, to compare what different environments report.

  • IP and network information

Look up IP location, ISP and ASN information, and compare network details reported by different IP data providers.

  • WebRTC and DNS checks

Inspect addresses exposed through WebRTC and the DNS resolvers handling requests when evaluating a browser's proxy or VPN configuration.

  • Browser version consistency

Compare the detected browser engine with User-Agent and Client Hints information to investigate conflicting version signals.

  • Time zone comparison

Compare IP-based time zone information with JavaScript Date and Internationalization API results to spot configuration mismatches.

  • Automation diagnostics

Inspect WebDriver, CDP and Navigator checks for signals associated with automated browsers or modified browser properties.

03

Use cases

  • Validate a proxy setup

Check the reported exit IP, WebRTC addresses and DNS results after changing a browser's network configuration.

  • Review browser profiles

Compare engine, User-Agent and time zone signals when preparing profiles or diagnosing an unexpected difference between environments.

  • Investigate automation signals

Use individual bot-detection checks as debugging evidence alongside the behavior observed on the website you are testing.

Your browser workflow

Working with AdsCrawl

Open BrowserScan inside the browser environment you want to inspect when troubleshooting an AdsCrawl workflow. Review its IP, browser and time zone signals, then compare the results before and after a configuration change to narrow down the cause.
